Refusal to receive the product:

Product with manufacturing defect:

If you wish to return your product due to a manufacturing defect, please contact one of our service channels communicating what happened with photos of the product so that we can assess the situation. If the defect is proven, we ask that it be returned in suitable packaging and we We will send another product equal to the one purchased. If you no longer want the product, we will refund your money.

Return due to regret:

If you want to return the product due to regret or withdrawal, please contact one of our service channels within 7 calendar days. Shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer. The customer will be reimbursed after the product arrives and faults are checked.
The request to cancel the purchase will be accepted as long as:
